Electronic Acceptance
This is an English translation, provided for convenience. If it differs in any way from the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.
This document explains how the electronic acceptance of Boa Vista Farm's documents works and what we record to prove it.
1. How it works
When you tick the confirmation box and tap “I agree”, you electronically express your agreement with the documents shown on the screen, in the version displayed at that moment.
This acceptance is valid between you and Boa Vista Farm and does not require a signature on paper, as allowed by Article 107 of Brazil's Civil Code and Article 10, § 2 of Provisional Measure No. 2,200-2/2001.
2. What we record
To prove the acceptance, we record the account used, the date and time, the version of each document accepted, the IP address and the identification of the browser. This record is kept securely for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
3. Versions and new acceptances
Each document has a version number and an effective date. If any document changes, we will ask for a new acceptance before the next purchase. The accepted version remains valid for the purchases made while it was in force.
4. Copies of the documents
The documents are available at any time on their own pages on this website, where they can be read, saved and printed: Terms of Use, Gem Purchase Terms, Privacy Policy, Village Rules and this Electronic Acceptance.
Each version is also kept on a permanent page, which does not change after it is published, such as version 1.0 of the Gem Purchase Terms (in Portuguese).
If you would like a copy of the versions you accepted, with the date and time of the acceptance, ask through the support center or by email at contato@boavistafarm.com.br.
5. How to stop using the Game
You can stop playing and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. The acceptance of the Gem Purchase Terms remains valid for the purchases already made, and the right of withdrawal follows the 7-day period set out in those terms.
