Village Rules
This is an English translation, provided for convenience. If it differs in any way from the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.
Boa Vista Farm is a peaceful little corner. These rules keep the Game fair and welcoming for everyone and are part of the Terms of Use.
1. Fair play
Play with the tools the Game offers. You may not:
- use cheats, programs, extensions or scripts that automate actions or alter the Game, the device clock or the saved data;
- exploit bugs to gain coins, gems or items;
- create several accounts to pile up rewards or to evade a suspension;
- sell, buy, rent or trade accounts, gems or items for money or for anything outside the Game;
- try to access other people's accounts, the administrative area or data that is not yours;
- overload, attack or try to take down the service, or interfere with the operation of the Game.
2. Respect
Be kind to the team and to the other players. Usernames and messages must not contain insults, discrimination, harassment, threats, sexual content, hate speech, spam or other people's personal data.
Do not pretend to be the Boa Vista Farm team or anyone else.
3. Account security
Never share your password or your session. The team never asks for passwords, card details or verification codes.
4. Found a bug?
Tell us through the support center or by email at contato@boavistafarm.com.br. Reports of bugs and abuse made in good faith never lead to punishment.
5. Consequences
Depending on the severity and on repetition, we may:
- send a warning;
- remove coins, gems or items obtained improperly;
- block purchases;
- suspend the account for a period;
- close the account in serious or repeated cases.
Gems purchased legitimately are not removed as a punishment for minor violations.
You will be told the measure and the reason, and you can ask for a review through the support center or by email at contato@boavistafarm.com.br.
