Delete your Boa Vista Farm account
You can delete your Boa Vista Farm account and its data whenever you want, in the game or by asking the team. The deletion covers both the website and the Android app, which use the same account.
In the game, right away
- Sign in to your account in the app or at boavistafarm.com.br/game.
- Tap the ••• button (Settings) at the top of the screen.
- Under Your account, tap Delete account, then Delete my account, and confirm with Yes, delete forever.
The account is deleted right away and you go back to the sign-in screen. This can't be undone.
If you can't sign in
Write to contato@boavistafarm.com.br from the same email address you use for the account, asking us to delete it. We may ask for information to confirm the account is yours. We reply within 15 days.
What is deleted
- Your login (the email or Google account used in the game), your profile and your username.
- Your farm, your progress and the daily copies kept on the server.
- Gems, items and decorations.
- Support requests and error reports.
What we keep
- Access logs for 6 months, as required by Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014, art. 15).
- If there were purchases, the orders and payments for 5 years, to meet tax and consumer protection obligations. In that case, support handles the deletion.
- A note that the account was deleted, with no personal data.
- Database backups, replaced in the normal rotation cycle within 30 days.
